Joe Fazio

Mr. Joe Fazio joined the Advisory Board in 2014. He currently serves as a Managing Director of Miller Canfield Paddock and Stone law firm as well as the Resident Director of the Ann Arbor office and has been our corporate attorney for over 15 years. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School. His areas of expertise include complex commercial real estate acquisitions and developments, entity formation, public/private development agreements, as well as conventional, securitized and tax-increment financing. He is currently a member of the Board of Legacy Land Conservancy and resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
