Jonathan Martin

Jonathan Martin is PIDC’s Corporate Development Officer, responsible for leading PIDC’s long-term growth through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as Managing Director of the Amherst Fund, a closely held private equity fund in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Jonathan has extensive experience in investment banking and corporate strategy, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Jonathan earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University.
